AS A SOPHOMORE:

• Runner-up in the triple jump (13.25 meters) at the Louisville Invitational
• Claimed the event win in the triple jump (13.17 meters) at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Raced to a third-place result in the triple jump (13.53 meters) at the Indiana University Relays
• Finished fourth in the triple jump (13.75 meters) at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Runner-up in the triple jump with a PR of 13.82 meters at the Gene Edmonds Open
• Brought home fourth place in the triple jump (12.73 meters) and established a PR in the 60-meter dash (7.65) at the Blue and Gold Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Secured third place in the triple jump (13.51 meters) at the Louisville Invitational
• Claimed a third-place result in the triple jump (13.33 meters) at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Placed fifth in the triple jump (12.86 meters) at the Notre Dame Invitational

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Attended Medford Area Senior High
• State medalist in track as a junior and senior
• Was a three-sport athlete in high school (soccer, basketball, track and field)
• Named to the All-State and All-Region teams as a senior in soccer, basketball and track
• Named Player of the Year in soccer as a junior
• Son of Osmond and Jackie Ekwueme
• Has a brother, Onyi and sister, Oby
• Sister, Oby, graduated from Notre Dame in 2016
• Majoring in computer science
