Jackie Hollomon Adds To Top-6 Ranked Recruiting Class

5-8 goalkeeper out of Seattle, Washington

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Doug and Lisa Jones Notre Dame women’s soccer head coach Nate Norman continues to add his his top-six nationally ranked recruiting class with the addition of Jackie Hollomon. A 5-8 goalkeeper out of Seattle, Washington, Hollomon adds even more depth to Notre Dame’s core of goalies protecting the net. In addition, with Hollomon’s signing, the freshmen class is now up to nine incoming student-athletes. 

“We are excited to have Jackie join our team. She is a very athletic keeper who has a ton of ability. She will be a great fit on and off the field for us.  She is a great student and a great person who represents exactly what we want in a student-athlete here at Notre Dame,” Coach Norman said.

Hollomon has attended Bishop Blanchet High where she was a multi-sport athlete, competing in both basketball and track along with soccer.  She’s a two-time First Team All-League Goalkeeper and also made the All-State team as well.  

“I chose Notre Dame because I knew it will be a special place for me to continue my adventure in both academics and athletics,” Hollomon said. 

Club-wise, Hollomon has competed with the OL Reign Academy and spent time with the Washington ODP Travel Team. It was during this time, she was named Team Captain and was awarded Top Drawer Soccer’s Top XI Players in DA Playoffs.
