NOTRE DAME, Ind. — The University of Notre Dame women’s soccer team will benefit from expanded broadcast coverage of Atlantic Coats Conference Olympic sports events this season with 10 of the Fighting Irish’s 18 regular season matches scheduled to air on ESPN3.

A total of 54 women’s soccer broadcasts, including the ACC semifinals on ESPN3 and the conference championship on ESPN, will be included in the 169 total ACC broadcasts across ESPN platforms and the Regional Sports Network during the 2015 fall Olympic sports seasons. The women’s soccer total is an increase from 39 in 2014, while total broadcasts will increase by 39 percent this season.

Six Fighting Irish home matches will air on ESPN3, beginning with non-conference match-ups with Indiana (Sept. 11, 7 p.m. ET) and Michigan (Sept. 13, 5 p.m. ET), and including Syracuse (Oct. 8, 7 p.m. ET), Boston College (Oct. 11, 1 p.m. ET), Wake Forest (Oct. 16, 7 p.m. ET) and the regular season finale against Virginia Tech (Oct. 30, 7 p.m. ET). All additional home matches will be broadcast on WatchND and will be available on both the WatchND app and UND.com.

ESPN3 will air an additional four Irish road matches, which includes contests at Clemson (Sept. 19, 7 p.m. ET), Miami (Oct. 2, 8 p.m. ET), North Carolina (Oct. 22, 7 p.m. ET) and Duke (Oct. 25, 1 p.m. ET).

Viewing options for additional Notre Dame road matches not covered under the ACC broadcast schedule will be released as they are announced.
