Senior Lauren King will take to the course for the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1.  The Irish men's and women's cross country teams will play host to five races at the Burke Memorial Golf Course.

Teams And Race Times Set For 2004 Notre Dame Cross Country Invitational

The Notre Dame men’s and women’s cross country teams will host the 2004 Notre Dame Invitational on Friday, October 1. Several quality programs will take to the Burke Memorial Golf Course track on the campus of the University of Notre Dame for a total of five races beginning at 2:00 p.m. (EST).

Women’s Gold Division race (2:00 p.m.) Anderson University, Arkansas State, Calvin College, Cincinnati, Duquesne, Hillsdale College, Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne, Notre Dame-B, Ohio University, Saint Francis (PA), Saint Joseph’s (PA), Alabama-Birmingham, Valparaiso, Western Illinois, Windsor, Wisconsin-Green Bay, Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Wright State, Youngstown State.

Men’s Gold Division race (2:45 p.m.) Akron, Anderson University, Arkansas State, Augustana (IL), Calvin College, Central Michigan-B, Duquesne, Heidelberg College, Hillsdale College, Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne, North Central College, Notre Dame-B, Ohio University, Purdue, Siena Heights, Truman State, Valparaiso, Wabash, Western Illinois, Windsor, Wisconsin-Green Bay, Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Wright State, Youngstown State.

Open Race (3:30 p.m.)*

Women’s Blue Division race (4:15 p.m.) Air Force, Akron, Butler, Cal-Irvine, Cornell, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Idaho State, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Purdue, Southern Illinois, Stanford, UCLA, Vanderbilt, Western Michigan, William & Mary, Wisconsin-Madison.

Men’s Blue Division race (5:00 p.m.) Air Force, Alabama, Belmont, Brigham Young, Butler, Cal-Irvine, Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Houston, Idaho State, Indiana, Miami (OH), Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, Princeton, Saint Francis (PA), Southern Illinois, Stanford, UCLA.

Results of each race will be posted on www.und.com at the conclusion of the final race.

*-The men and women will start together in the open race at 3:30 p.m., with the women running a 5K and the men an 8K. The first three miles of the course will be the same.
