NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Season tickets for the 2009 Notre Dame volleyball season are now on sale through the Notre Dame Ticket Office. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here or by calling the ticket office at 574.631.7356. The ticket office is located on the second floor of the Joyce Center.
Season ticket packages for adults cost $25, $15 for youth and seniors while a Fan Pack (which includes four season tickets) is $60.
All season ticket holders also receive free admission to the annual Meet the Team Dinner on August 26, monthly e-newsletters, media guide, team poster and magnet.
Notre Dame fans in eighth grade or younger are also encouraged to join the Irish Spikers. Irish Spikers receive free admission to regular season home matches, an official Irish Spiker t-shirt and membership card, on-court access to form a tunnel for player introductions before each match and a two-hour instructional clinic with the Notre Dame coaches and players on Nov. 14. The first portion of the season will be played in the Joyce Center Fieldhouse until construction in the facility’s south dome is complete.
Notre Dame returns 14 monogram winners from last year’s 17-14 team that advanced to the final match of the 2008 BIG EAST Conference Championship. Six seniors – including AVCA Honorable Mention All-American Christina Kaelin – will be complimented on the roster by eight additional returners and three freshmen.
The 2009 season kicks off at home with the Shamrock Invitational from Aug. 28-30 when Notre Dame welcomes Denver, Stanford and LSU to the Joyce Center.
