Irish Host 12th Annual Block Out Cancer Match On Friday

NOTRE DAME, Ind. — The Notre Dame volleyball team is set to host its 12th annual Block Out Cancer match on Friday (Oct. 26) at 7 p.m. against Syracuse. There will be a silent auction and Block Out Cancer shirts for sale during the match with proceeds going to the St. Joseph Health System and its Foundation for Cancer Research. The silent auction and Block Out Cancer shirt sales will be located on the upper concourse of Gate 9 by the concession stand.   • Worn pink warm-ups from the team
  • Team signed volleyball
  • Notre Dame Volleyball gift bag

  • Coach McGraw signed basketball
  • Coach Kelly signed football 
  • A gift tote bag from the Foundation at St. Joseph Health System

The Irish also close out the weekend at home on Sunday (Oct. 28) at 1 p.m. against Boston College. Free admission to Sunday’s “Volloween” match is available for those who wear a costume to Purcell in support of the Irish.
