Notre Dame men’s basketball all-time leading scorer Austin Carr returned to campus over the weekend to receive two memorable honors from the University.

Carr became the second former Irish men’s basketball player to have his name and number added to the Purcell Pavilion rafters, joining Luke Harangody. He also was surprised to learn that the lower level of Purcell Pavilion will be renamed for as the Austin Carr Concourse.
