AS A FRESHMAN: Rowed with multiple boats for the Irish on the season … earned first monogram … competed against Virginia (7:22.32) as a part of the third varsity four boat and beat Alabama and Buffalo with a time of 7:03.30 to start off the season as part of the third varsity eight … helped the Irish to a 6:52.60 victory over Tennessee and Louisville in the third varsity eight boat at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite … contributed to the novice eight boat[apos]s second-place finish at Ohio State (7:15.12) … came back the next day to get the win in the third varsity four over Purdue (8:00.10) and the novice eight win over Indiana, Purdue, and Louisville with a time of 6:46.65 … rowed the third varsity eight boat to victory with a time of 7:04.80 over San Diego and Penn at the Virginia Invite, also defeating Clemson (7:04.00) … placed second against Virginia, posting a time of 6:58.80 … beat Iowa and Louisville (7:57.20) in qualifying at the BIG EAST Invite as part of the second varsity four … contin- ued her success with the second varsity four boat, beating Syracuse in the final of the second varsity four race with a time of 7:56.80 … qualified (6:55.967) and then helped the Irish win the third varsity four final of the BIG EAST Championship in a time of 7:44.478 over Syracuse, Connecticut and Louisville.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Began rowing with the Upper Thames Rowing Club in grade school and also while attending Westborough High School in Westborough, Mass. … competed in the Henley-on-Thames in England during seventh grade … rowed independently for two years after moving to the United States in [apos]06 … joined the Community Rowing Inc. varsity girls team in the fall of junior year … stroked winning 1V 4+ at the New Hampshire championships and the 1V 8+ at Youth Nationals that came in eighth … also competed in 8+, 2x and 4x at Club Nationals in the spring and summer of [apos]10, respectively … rowed six seat in the 1V 8+ that won girls youth category at the Head of the Charles and beat the previous record by nearly 13 second in the fall of [apos]10 … was member of high school marching band, sym- phonic band and concert choir … served as treasurer of Model United Nations club through high school … recently completed the First Year of Studies program … currently enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters.
