JUNIOR SEASON (2024)

Earned his first victory of the season, tossing 3 hitless innings in a 3-1 victory over Rice (February 16). Birkholz struck out three batters.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023)

Made 18 game appearances with 4 starts pitching for ND.
Ended the season with a 4.91 ERA, 2-3 record through 44 innings pitched with 35 strikeouts.
Against 196 batters faced in 2023, only allowed 6 home runs and saved 1 game.
Went 2 innings or longer in 15 out of the 18 games he played in.
In his opening game against Lipscomb, he pitched 5 strikeouts in 3 innings pitched. (2/18/23)

Made 21 appearances and one start in his first season with the Irish.
