Notre Dame Downs Boston College

NOTRE DAME, Ind. — The University of Notre Dame women’s tennis team won its third match in a row with a 9-0 win over Boston College on Sunday. Notre Dame improves to 13-10 on the season and posted its second shutout win in a row while the Eagles fall to 5-5.

Jennifer Hall was a winner for the Irish at both No. 1 singles and doubles as she gained a 6-1, 6-2 win over Barbara Privrel in singles. She teammed with senior Tiffany Gates at No. 1 doubles for a 8-0 win over Privrel and Christina Malone. In addition to Hall, Gates, freshman Kelly Zalinski and junior Kelley Olson were winners in both singles and doubles for the Irish.
