AS A SENIOR (2015): NFCA Mid-Atlantic All-Region Third-Team selection … ACC Academic Honor Roll … tied two-time All-American Megan Ciolli (’05) for the all-time Notre Dame stolen bases lead with 76 career steals … also tied for sixth in runs scored (158), and was among the top 25 on the Notre Dame career triples (6, 19th) and hits (202, 21st) lists … led all Irish players in plays reaching by way of a fielder’s choice (40), and was second in times reached base on error (33) since the statistics began being record in 2001 … batted .351 with a career-high 59 hits and 46 runs scored in 57 starts … led all players in the ACC by stealing 29 bases on 30 attempts (.967) — stolen base total was the second-most during a single season in program history, while the stolen base percentage was the highest for any player who attempted at least 15 steals in a single season … a total of 47 of 59 hits were officially scored infield singles … compiled a 12-game hitting streak that was the second-longest among all players during the season … posted a .989 fielding percentage in 180 chances at second base, recording a career-high 94 assists with only two errors … RBI single and a stolen base during season opening win over Utah (Feb. 6) … reached base twice and scored two runs in a win at No. 6 UCLA (Feb. 6) … perfect 4-for-4 outing with an RBI and two runs scored in a win against Central Arkansas (Feb. 14) … roped two hits at No. 16 LSU (Feb. 15) … 2-for-4 with a stolen base and two runs scored in a win over former ACC foe Maryland (Feb. 19) … logged two hits and two stolen bases, scoring one run against Georgetown (Feb. 27) at the Diamond 9 Citrus Classic … stole a pair of bases during an ACC series opening game at North Carolina State (March 7) … tacked on one RBI in each game against North Carolina State (March 8), Campbell (March 10) and North Carolina Central (March 11) … 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and three runs scored in ACC home opening win over Georgia Tech (March 21) … two singles, a steal and a run scored against IPFW (March 25) … finished with four total hits and two RBI in an ACC sweep of No. 24 Virginia Tech (March 28-29) … 2-for-3 with a stolen base and two runs scored against Eastern Michigan (April 1) … stolen base and two runs in the first game of an ACC series at Pittsburgh (April 3) … had a hit and scored a run in six straight games from Western Michigan (April 7) through Bowling Green (April 14) … scored a pair of runs in Strikeout Cancer series opener against Syracuse (April 18) … 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs scored in a win over Toledo (April 22) … 2-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored against Ball State (May 15) during the opening game of the NCAA South Bend Regional … 2-for-2 with a steal and three runs scored against Northwestern (May 16) the following day … added a run during second NCAA South Bend Regional meeting against Ball State (May 16).

AS A JUNIOR (2014): NFCA Mid-Atlantic All-Region Second Team … All-ACC Softball Academic Team selection … posted best career batting average with a .359 final clip, adding 52 hits, 10 RBI, 11 sacrifice hits, 20 stolen bases and 39 runs scored … stolen base total was the fourth-most among all players in the ACC … batted .393 (22-for-56) with runners in scoring position … 42 of 52 hits were officially credited as infield singles … recorded 12 multiple-hit games during the season … finished ACC play with a .368 league batting average, seven stolen bases and 17 runs scored in 21 starts … 2-for-2 with an RBI single, two stolen bases and two runs scored at Jacksonville (Feb. 15) during the JU Tournament … chipped in an RBI the following day in a win over No. 23 Louisville (Feb. 16) … registered two singles in a Notre Dame win over UC Davis (Feb. 21) … 2-for-3 with a double, two stolen bases and an RBI against Fordham (Feb. 28) at the Diamond 9 Citrus Classic … went a perfect 3-for-3 with a stolen base and two runs scored later in the tournament against Radford (March 1) … logged two hits, a stolen base and scored one run in Notre Dame’s first-ever ACC game at Georgia Tech (March 8) … 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, an RBI and a run scored in ACC series finale at Virginia Tech (March 16) … finished with two singles, a stolen base and a run scored against Ball State (April 1) … scored a pair of runs after reaching base twice the following day against Michigan State (April 2) … 3-for-4 with two runs scored in a win over No. 7 Florida State (April 13) … scored a total of five runs in a three-game ACC sweep at Virginia (April 18-19) … two base hits, a stolen base and three runs scored against Valparaiso (April 24) … drove in two runs and scored two more in series opening game against Boston College (May 3) … added a pair of runs scored in the nightcap against the Eagles (May 3).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Named to the All-BIG EAST Third Team … two-time BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll selection (Feb. 11 and April 8) … ranked fourth on Notre Dame with a .316 batting average – overall average was second among Irish slap hitters … tied for the BIG EAST Conference lead with four triples … also ranked in the league’s top 10 in runs scored (44, 5th) and stolen bases (17, 7th) … tied for second on the Irish roster with eight sacrifice bunts … reached base 12 times on infield errors, and 11 times on infield fielder’s choice plays … .557 success rate (49-for-88) in advancing runners was third on the team … 69 assists at second base were the third-most by a Notre Dame infielder … chipped in two singles during first game of the season against Wisconsin (Feb. 9) … 3-for-6 with an RBI, two stolen bases and a run scored in second game against the Badgers (Feb. 10) … 3-for-4 with a run batted in, two steals and three runs against Presbyterian (Feb. 10) … ripped two hits, including a triple, and scored three runs against Liberty (Feb. 23) … drove in two runs and scored a pair more against Boston College (March 2) … 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs scored the next day against LIU Brooklyn (March 3) … logged two base hits against UC Davis (March 9) … registered four hits and scored seven runs in series at Seton Hall (March 23-24) … 2-for-3 with a double against Green Bay (March 28) … two RBI, three stolen bases and five runs scored in twin bill at Georgetown (April 3) … logged three hits and two RBI in series finale against Villanova (April 7) … posted four hits and scored three runs in series against Rutgers (April 13-14) … scored four runs in series sweep at Pittsburgh (April 20-21) … scored winning run in BIG EAST regular-season championship clinching game at Melissa Cook Stadium against No. 9 Louisville (May 5).

AS A FRESHMAN (2012): BIG EAST Academic All-Star … posted a .286 batting average with 36 hits … tied with Chloe Saganowich for the team lead in triples (2) … 29 runs scored led all Notre Dame freshmen … second on the Irish with 10 stolen bases in 13 attempts (.769) … 2-for-4 with a stolen base in first career start at San Diego (Feb. 17) … contributed a single and a run scored against Ohio State (March 3) … career-high two RBI at Loyola Marymount (March 13) … stroked two hits, including a triple, and scored one run against Western Michigan (March 27) … chipped in an RBI double in the first game of a doubleheader against Toledo (March 28) … reached base in all three plate appearances against Northwestern (April 4) … back-to-back two-hit games at home against Michigan State (April 24) and Seton Hall (April 25) … scored two runs in the series finale at Providence (April 29) and against Eastern Michigan (May 2) … scored a career-high three runs in a second round BIG EAST Championship victory over St. John’s (May 11).

PREP AND PERSONAL: Led Penn (Ind.) to three conference titles as a prep player … named all-state, all-conference and team MVP as a junior … Northern Indiana Conference MVP in 2010 … finalist for Indiana’s Gatorade Player of the Year in 2010 … second team all-conference and all-state in 2009 … holds school records for highest batting average (.594), hits (59) and stolen bases (41) in a season … totaled 159 hits and 162 runs scored during first three seasons of high school competition … played on the club circuit with Indiana Magic Gold under head coach Kim Clay (father of former Notre Dame player Alexia Clay) … member of Key Club, Big Brothers / Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity and DECA … daughter of Ann and Bill Simon … oldest of three children … graduated with a degree in information technology from the Mendoza College of Business.
