AS A SENIOR (2013): BIG EAST Academic All-Star … batted .308 with two doubles, two RBI, a .438 on-base percentage and three runs in 13 games (two starts) … missed the first month and a half of the season due to injury … made season debut against Iona (March 15) … scored a run as a pinch runner the following day against the Gaels (March 16) … drew a walk in pinch-hit appearances at Georgetown (April 3) and at Pittsburgh (April 21) … earned first start of the year at first base against Eastern Michigan (April 30), going 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and a run scored … registered first RBI in the first round of the BIG EAST Championship against Seton Hall (May 9) … 1-for-2 with a pinch-hit RBI single and scored a run in an NCAA Lexington Regional contest against Virginia Tech (May 17) … earned start at designated player the following day against Marshall (May 18), reaching base in two of three plate appearances.

AS A JUNIOR (2012): BIG EAST Academic All-Star … saw action in 32 games for the Irish, starting on four occasions … scored five runs, crossing the plate four times as a pinch runner … made nine appearances in the circle, getting the start on one occasion … chalked up a 1.91 ERA through 22.0 innings pitched … logged 15 total strikeouts … racked up four three-strikeout games … surrendered only one extra base hit, a double against Syracuse (April 14), all season … threw a scoreless frame in her season debut at San Diego State (Feb. 17) … allowed one earned run in 3.2 innings, striking out three batters in her lone start against UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 18) … hurled a season-high six innings (119 pitches) in a no decision against Minnesota (Feb. 26) … struck out three hitters in three full innings of shutout ball against Charleston Southern (March 11) … worked a scoreless inning of relief in a 16-0 Notre Dame win at Cal State Fullerton (March 14).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Played in 30 games for the Irish and posted a .222 batting average with eight hits in 36 at-bats … totaled a .349 on-base pct. and a .250 slugging pct. … scored eight runs … enjoyed a three-game hitting streak from Feb. 27-March 4 … went 1-for-2 and scored one run against No. 1 Alabama (March 4) … crossed the plate against both Fordham (March 6) and Cal Poly (March 13) … lone RBI also came in the first of two games at Cal Poly … laid down a sacrifice bunt in her first four games played (Feb. 18-Feb. 26) … only stolen base came during a win over Liberty (Feb. 27) … two games with eight putouts at first base … scored once in each of her last two appearances as a pinch runner against both Connecticut (May 7) and Providence (May 12) … tossed 16.2 innings and started three times in the circle … struck out eight in a 6-4 win over Liberty with only one earned run scoring in that contest … tallied a save with 2.0 innings of shutout and hitless ball over Illinois-Chicago (Feb. 19) … had at least one strikeout in each of her seven appearances, totaling 18 on the season with a 2.10 ERA.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Wrapped up season with a 2-2 record after appearing 16 times in the circle … combined to toss four shutouts in 30.0 innings with 28 strikeouts … posted a 5.37 ERA … also hit .278 and scored three times on offense … first career start came against Oregon (Feb. 12) at the Kajikawa Classic … went 4.2 innings and fanned two batters … went 3.0 innings in a start versus Oregon State (Feb. 13), also striking out a pair of Beavers … struck out six in 3.0 hitless innings of relief without a walk during two appearances at the Cavalier Invite, including five strikeouts against George Washington (Feb. 27) … combined with Jody Valdivia for shutout wins against UC Riverside (March 7) and Toledo (March 24) … collected first collegiate hit and RBI at Western Michigan (March 18) … extended hitting streak to three games with a single at Seton Hall (March 28), also scoring a run and stealing one base versus the Pirates … went 2-for-3 against Cleveland State (April 15) … struck out four in 4.0 innings of relief at Louisville (April 17) … first career win came against Valparaiso (April 21) after leaving the Crusaders scoreless on one hit in 0.2 innings of work … posted a 10-5 win over Bowling Green (April 28), coming in to toss 2.1 innings of two-hit ball with three strikeouts.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Prepped at Galesburg-Augusta (Mich.) for head coach and father, Ed Bowe, and earned four letters with the softball team … led team to three conference and two regional titles (the first two in school history) with a state championship in 2008 … single-season school records with a .606 batting average and 11 home runs in 2009 … from the circle she struck out 373 batters in 162.0 innings while being named to the all-state team for the fourth consecutive season … finished prep career with the second-highest hit total in Michigan history (276), also ranking seventh in runs scored (233), third in doubles (63), fourth in triples (32), seventh in home runs (26) and seventh in batting average (.563) … tallied 101 career wins (fourth-best in state history), 0.37 ERA (fourth all-time) and 1,442 strikeouts in 710.0 innings (sixth all-time) … squad was nationally ranked in 2008 and had previously not won a conference title since 1982 … three-time all-conference, all-city and all-state pitcher … Kalamazoo Gazette[apos]s 2008 Pitcher of the Year … two-time team captain and MVP … struck out a Michigan-record 125 batters in the 2008 state tournament through just seven games, including 29 in the 14-inning semifinal affair and 18 in the championship contest … as a freshman, batted .508 with 26 extra-base hits … set school record with 0.47 ERA and 238 strikeouts … hit .575 as a sophomore with 27 extra-base hits while sporting a 0.38 ERA and 298 strikeouts … went .569 from the dish during her junior campaign with 38 extra-base hits … sported a 0.21 ERA in 2008 with 533 strikeouts in 237.0 innings … career totals through three prep seasons: .552 batting average, 177 runs, 121 RBI, 47 doubles, 29 triples, 15 home runs, 0.33 ERA, 1,069 strikeouts … her name appears 19 times in Michigan[apos]s high school record books (nine offensive and 10 pitching categories) … state record holder for hits through three seasons played … opened the 2008 season with 20 strikeouts during her perfect game from the circle … added a 21-strikeout effort without a walk later in the year … daughter of Cynthia Stoltz and Ed Bowe … has two younger siblings, Jillian and Steven … grandfather was a construction worker at Notre Dame in the 1960s … president of National Honor Society … graduated with a degree in psychology from the College of Arts and Letters.
