• Competed in the 10K at the NCAA East Region Prelims where he finished in 30:021.65.
• Earned All-ACC Second Team accolades for his 29:55.70 finish in the 10K at the ACC Championships, fifth overall.
• Logged a PR in the 5000-meter run with a time of 14:07.79 at the Virginia Challenge.
• Established a PR in the 3000-meter run (8:15.47) at the Alex Wilson Invitational.
• Finished fourth in the 5000-meter run (14:24.48) at the Meyo Invitational.
• Set a 5K PR with a time of 25:26.90 at the Joe Piane Invitational.

AS A SENIOR

• Established an 8K course PR (24:22.50) at the ACC Cross Country Championships.
• Finished ninth (25:28.10) at the National Catholic Invitational (5K).

• Transferred from the University of Birmingham UK.
• Placed 11th at the 2016 Junior English National Cross-Country Championships.
• Twice finished 11th at the English Cross Country Nationals.
