  • Helped Notre Dame put away Alabama in the first round of the NCAA Tournament (3/18/22) with 18 points, which included a personal 6-0 run in the second half. His transition steal and break away dunk would put the Irish up double digits for good late in the contest.
  • It was more than points in the First Four victory over Rutgers (3/16/22), as he tied the game late in the first overtime on a drive and score, then drove the lane again late in the second overtime to get a shot off – which was rebounded and put back in by Paul Atkinson Jr. for the winning points. Added six rebounds and one steal in a career-high 42 minutes of action.
  • Kept the Irish in the battle at Florida State (3/2/22) with his eighth 20-point game of the season, finishing the contest with 21 points, six rebounds and two steals.
  • Set a career-high with six three-point field goals in the battle at Wake Forest (2/19/22), shooting 6-for-11 from behind the arc and finishing the game with 24 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals.
  • Logged a career-high 41 minutes in the overtime victory against Boston College (2/16/22), posting 18 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals.
  • Started off the Irish right in the victory at Clemson (2/12/22) by scoring 18 points in the first 10 minutes of the game. Connected on the first six shots he took from the field – which included four straight three point shots. Finished the game with his sixth 20-point outing of the year, a game-high 21 points with a career-best five three-point field goals.
  • Returned to double figure scoring at NC State (2/5/22), keying a 12-2 Irish run in the second half to erase a three point deficit and take control of the game. Scored back-to-back buckets in the run, a coast-to-coast dunk, then a driving layup.
  • Led the second half charge in the victory at Louisville (1/22/22), scoring nine consecutive points during the decisive 20-3 team scoring run, eventually finishing with a game-high 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting with three three pointers.
  • Powered the Irish through the overtime win at Georgia Tech (1/8/22) with a game-high 22 points, logging a career-high 40 minutes. Made several key plays down the stretch in the second half, but none bigger than a three-point field goal with 1:08 remaining to give the Irish a 62-61 lead. The game eventually went into overtime tied at 62-62.
  • Paced the Irish offense in the first half of the victory over North Carolina (1/5/22) with 13 points, eventually finishing the game with 18 points and a career-high four steals.
  • Whistled for two quick fouls in the first minutes at Pittsburgh (12/28/21) but reentered the game midway through the first half and scored eight consecutive points to spark the Irish offense. Became a distributor as the game finished in the final minutes, finding teammates Dane Goodwin and Prentiss Hubb for key three point field goals as the Irish rallied from eight points down to claim a 68-67 victory.
  • Handled the ball pressure defense against Texas A&M Corpus Christi (12/22/21) to post a career-high nine assists while logging a career-high 37 minutes.
  • Joined Chris Thomas and Luke Harangody as the only true freshman of the Mike Brey era to hit double-digit in points after eight of their first 10 games at Notre Dame, scoring 15 points with a career-high 8 rebounds in the victory over Western Michigan (12/20/21).
  • Was named ACC Rookie of the Week on Monday, December 13, 2021, after his performance in the upset of No. 10/12 Kentucky (12/11/21).
  • In his first career home start, hit the game-winning jump shot with :12 seconds remaining to help the Irish knock off No. 10/12 Kentucky (12/11/21) 66-62. Tied for the team lead in the game with 14 points while adding four rebounds, three assists and a steal.
  • Made his first career start at Boston College (12/3/21), finishing with 12 points and three assists while playing a career-best 27 minutes.
