Play Suspended For First Round Of Bryan National Collegiate

March 31, 2017

BROWNS SUMMIT, N.C. – The first round of the Bryan National Collegiate was suspended Friday due to inclement weather and unplayable conditions at the Bryan Park Champions Course.

Heavy rain prevented all 18 teams in the field, including the University of Notre Dame women’s golf team, from taking the course for a scheduled 8:30 a.m. (ET) start. Tournament officials were forced to suspend the round after conditions did not improve. The schedule has shifted to 36 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday to wrap up the tournament.

Tee times are slated to begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday with a shotgun start. Stay tuned to UND.com for results from the first two rounds on Saturday. For live scoring go to golfstatresults.com.
