Notre Dame Announces 2017 Pep Rally Locations
The University of Notre Dame will hold its Friday night pep rallies at five different campus venues during the 2017 home football season.
Here are the locations for the pep rallies slated for Friday nights prior to Irish home football games:
* Temple (Sept. 1) – outside the Rockne Memorial Building
* Georgia (Sept. 8) – Hesburgh Library Quad
* Miami (Sept. 29) – Eddy Street Commons
* USC (Oct. 20) – Hesburgh Library Quad
* North Carolina State (Oct. 27) – Purcell Pavilion
* Wake Forest (Nov. 3) – Compton Family Ice Arena
* Navy (Nov. 17) – Compton Family Ice Arena
There is no admission charge and there are no tickets required for the rallies which begin at 6 p.m. ET. For each outdoor rally, there also will be a band performing beginning at 5 p.m.
In addition, access will continue to Notre Dame Stadium on home football Fridays, with the north tunnel available from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ET (unless the visiting team schedules a practice) for fans to walk to field level in the north end zone for views and photograph opportunities.
