STAMFORD, Connecticut – NBC Sports will present the 2021-22 Notre Dame hockey 20-game home season schedule across NBCUniversal platforms, featuring live coverage of the opening 12 games exclusively across NBCSN, NBC Sports Regional Networks, NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app in 2021, with the remaining eight home games exclusively streaming on Peacock in 2022.
The ninth season of Notre Dame hockey coverage on NBC Sports will begin with the season opener on Saturday, Oct. 9, when the Fighting Irish host Long Island University at 6 p.m. ET on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app. The matchup will also be presented in select markets on NBC Sports Chicago, NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus and SNY.
All Notre Dame hockey coverage on NBCSN also streams on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app via “TV Everywhere”.
Peacock will present exclusive coverage of Notre Dame hockey for the first time this season, featuring the final eight home matchups of the regular season beginning on Saturday, Jan. 1.

ABOUT NOTRE DAME HOCKEY
Notre Dame hockey has made appearances in each of the past five NCAA Ice Hockey tournaments, including advancing to the Frozen Four in 2017 and 2018. The Fighting Irish, who are led by 17th-year head coach Jeff Jackson, captured back-to-back Big Ten Tournament Championships in 2018 and 2019. The program has produced 38 NHL players as well as 15 All-Americans.
