COLUMBUS, Ohio – University of Notre Dame freshman Amywren Miller clocked in at 22.73 in the preliminary session of the 2008 NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday at the McCorkle Aquatics Pavilion. That time gave the Irish sprinter a 24th-place finish in the event. Teammate Christa Riggins (23.16) was 50th in the same event.
The meet continues on Friday (March 21) with swimming trials starting at 11 a.m. (ET).
