Men's Lacrosse Places League-High 32 Student-Athletes On ACC Honor Roll

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Notre Dame men’s lacrosse team placed 32 student-athletes on the All-ACC Academic Honor Roll following the 2017 season. The 32 selections are more than any other men’s lacrosse program in the ACC.

The ACC Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes who participated in a varsity-level sport and registered a grade point average of 3.0 or better for the full academic year.

Notre Dame’s 445 student-athletes on the honor roll marked the second most of any ACC school.

The program had 19 student-athletes receive the honor for at least the second time in their career with Robert Collins, Bobby Gray and Sergio Perkovic each earned the distinction for the fourth time in four seasons.

Robby Hamman joined Fighting Irish Media as athletics communications assistant director in September 2016, coordinating efforts for the volleyball and men’s lacrosse program. Hamman is a 2010 graduate of Bethel College, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in sport management and business administration, and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Defiance College in 2013.
