REMEMBER WOLFF STADIUM ¬- The Notre Dame baseball team is returning to its usual Spring Break destination, with the Irish going 7-1 at San Antonio’s Wolff Stadium during the 2006 Spring Break (that trip was sparked by a comeback win over then-#15 Texas A&M) … the Irish will be sending junior LHP Wade Korpi and sophomore RHP David Phelps to the mound while Prairie View will counter with senior RHP Matthew Chase and Texas State will send sophomore RHP Michael Hart to the monund … the Bobcats also are slated to start a sophomore RHP, Kyle Gembler, in Sunday’s game – with ND starting sophomore LHP Sam Elam … Texas State beat Prairie View on Friday night (22-6) to improve to 6-21 for the season (the Panthers dropped to 8-4).
