NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Jonathan Rodak has joined the University of Notre Dame men’s lacrosse operations staff. Rodak, who played collegiately at Cazenovia College, brings a wide-range of experiences in the lacrosse world to the Fighting Irish program.

In his new position, Rodak will be in charge of the logistics surrounding the team’s travel, film, equipment, scheduling, sponsorship, camps/clinics and will also help with improving the experience of the Notre Dame players.

Rodak spent three years (2010-13) in several roles with Trilogy Lacrosse, which is one of the fastest growing youth lacrosse programs in the United States. He was club team manager, sales associate, business & logistics manager and business operations intern. He also spent several years in various roles with the Wall Lacrosse Club and was head coach of the Jersey Shore Select Lacrosse Club in 2011.

Last season Rodak was an assistant coach at Montclair High School in Montclair, N.J. He was the team’s offensive coordinator and worked with the midfielders and faceoff specialists in addition to managing all operations of the offseason program.

Along with his duties at Montclair High School, Rodak also served as program director for the NJ Diesel (Essex County) Lacrosse Club. He served as a liaison between players and college coaches during the recruiting process in addition to scheduling competitive tournaments for high school and youth programs.

Rodak also has valuable experience at the collegiate level after spending two seasons (2011-12) as an assistant coach at Wagner College. He worked with the Seahawk defense and faceoff units.

“Jonathan has been very involved in lacrosse from an organizational and promotional standpoint with Trilogy Lacrosse, which is one of the companies in lacrosse that do a really professional job in developing their club system and their teaching mode,” Notre Dame head coach Kevin Corrigan said. “He brings that experience along with experience of coaching both at the high school and collegiate levels. All of that will help our players have the best experience that they can possibly have at Notre Dame. He’s tremendously professionally and he’s very efficient and I know he’ll do an awesome job.”

Rodak was an attackman and midfielder for four seasons at Cazenovia College before graduating in 2009 with a bachelor of professional studies in sport management. He served as a team captain in addition to being the men’s lacrosse representative on the Student Athlete Advisory Council. He also has a master of science degree in sport business management from Manhattanville College.

“I’m excited with the opportunity to join the University of Notre Dame and the men’s lacrosse program,” Rodak said. “I’m looking forward to working with the coaching staff and players, getting to know them as individuals and helping this program and University grow to reach new heights.”

The New Jersey native is a 2004 graduate of Monsignor Donovan High School, where he was varsity captain and offensive player of the year as a senior. He currently resides in South Bend with his fiancé Sara Manello.
