Irish To Play At Indiana Spring Challenge

NOTRE DAME, Ind. The Fighting Irish women’s golf team will play at the Indiana Spring Challenge on April 4-5 at the Covered Bridge Golf Club (par 72/7,068 yards) in Sellersburg, Indiana.

The tournament will feature the hosts from Indiana, Notre Dame, Michigan State, Minnesota and Wisconsin. It will be Notre Dame’s final tuneup before the 2021 ACC Championship.

The first 36 holes of the Indiana Spring Challenge will be contested on Sunday, April 4 followed by the final 18 holes on Monday, April 5 with tee times beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Notre Dame’s lineup will feature Lauren Beaudreau (1), Claire Albrecht (2), Abby Heck (3), Julia Bordeaux (4) and Madelyn Jones (5), while Jessica Meyers will compete as an individual.

Notre Dame will head to the 2021 ACC Championship, which will be played on April 15-18 at the Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. 

This season’s championship will feature three rounds of stroke play and an individual champion (April 15-16), followed by the semifinals of team match play (April 17) and the match play team championship (April 18).
