COLUMBUS, Ohio – Three members of the University of Notre Dame women’s swimming team completed the second day of competition in the 2008 NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday hosted by Ohio State at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.
In the preliminary heats, Amywren Miller touched the wall in 55.26 for a top-50 finish in the 100 Fly. Christa Riggins was 38th in the 200 Free with a mark of 1:47.62. Notre Dame’s top finisher was Samantha Maxwell, who fired through with a time of 1:02.36 in the 100 Breast for 30th.
