Irish Head to U.S. Olympic Swim & Dive Trials

OMAHA, Neb. & INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Thirteen total members of the 2020-21 Notre Dame Swimming and Diving team took part in the U.S. Olympic Swimming & Diving trials Wave I and Wave II.

Senior diver Kelly Straub will compete on the 3-meter at the U.S. Olympic Diving Trials June 6-13 at the Indiana University Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis.

Freshmen Sophia Bradac and Megan Deuel, sophomores Liam Hutchinson, Cason Wilburn and Ellie Jew, junior Luciana Thomas and senior Brendan Santana competed in Wave I of the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials June 4-7 at CHI Health Center Omaha.

Freshman Sean Faikish, sophomore Jack Hoagland, juniors Josh Bottelberghe and Zachary Smith and recent graduate Abbie Dolan ’20 will take part in Wave II.
