Howells and Cabrera received a bye for the first round. In the second, they defeated Botha and Wadwha from UW-Green Bay, 8-7 (5). During the third, they were down 1-5 before completing a comeback against Montsi and Clark from Illinois 8-7(5). In the quarterfinals, they fell to Bolas and Trotter, 8-2, of Ohio State.
Nefve and Fu got a bye and then defeated Parlklo and Hedstrom of UIC, 8-5, before dropping the match to Phillips and Mostardi of Cleveland State, 8-5.
Somers and Che won their first round over Herrera and Lazarevic of Illinois state, 8-7 (7), before falling to Pratt and Soha of Wisconsin, 8-3.
