Irish Baseball Announces Dates For Winter Prospect Camps

Nov. 7, 2012

Camps Application

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Third-year University of Notre Dame head baseball coach Mik Aoki has announced the dates for the 2012-13 Notre Dame Baseball Winter Prospect Camps. The one-day camp is scheduled for Sun., Dec. 9, while the two-day camp is slated for Sat., Jan. 12-13, 2013. Both camps will be at the Loftus Athletic Center, Joyce Athletic Center and Notre Dame’s indoor hitting facility at Frank Eck Stadium.

The camps provide an excellent opportunity for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to be instructed by the Irish coaching staff, including Aoki. The participants will be instructed in all phases of the game, and will also be given the opportunity to showcase their abilities.

The camp is designed for serious baseball players – those that have an interest and desire to play collegiate and/or professional baseball. College coaches from the Midwest will be in attendance and serve as camp clinicians.

The cost of the one-day camp is $100 per camper and increases to $150 for the two-day camp. Upon arrival, all campers will receive a Notre Dame Baseball t-shirt.

The camp is open to all high school baseball players, but will allow only a finite number of players at each age group, so applicants are encouraged to register as early as possible.

All prospective campers must submit a completed application form. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis until all positions are filled. Acceptance of a camper will be verified upon receipt of the application with full payment. Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation and all communication will be sent via email.
