* Feneral Mass: Sat., 10:00 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral, Superior and State Streets in Chicago.

* Interment: All Saints Cemetary, Des Plaines, Ill.

* In lieu of flowers, memorials to Maryville Academy, 1150 N. River Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016.
