NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Four football student-athletes–linebacker Tevon Coney, defensive lineman Micah Dew-Treadway, offensive lineman Tristen Hoge and defensive lineman Jerry Tillery–have signed scholarship agreements with the University of Notre Dame and will begin taking classes at the University Tuesday (Jan. 13).

The four new additions represent four states–one each from Florida, Idaho, Illinois and Louisiana. As listed by group, Notre Dame adds two power players and two big skill players. As listed by position, Notre Dame adds two defensive linemen, one offensive lineman and one linebacker.

All four players will participate in Notre Dame’s spring football practices that begin March 2.

Among the four players are:

  • Two who were selected for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio: OL Hoge and DL Tillery
  • One who was selected for the Under Armour All-America Game in St. Petersburg, Fla.: LB Coney
  • One who was selected for the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl in Carson, Calif.: DL Dew-Treadway
  • One member of the USA Today All-America team: Hoge (first team)
  • Two members of the MaxPreps All-America team: Hoge (first team), Tillery (second team)
  • Two members of the ESPN 300: Hoge (142nd), Tillery (269th)
  • Two members of the Rivals.com 250: Tillery (126th), Hoge (150th)
  • Two members of the Scout.com Top 300: Hoge (45th), Tillery (228th)
  • Two members of the 247Sports Top 247: Hoge (89th), Tillery (157th)
