The University of Notre Dame football team held its final workout before meeting North Carolina in Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday at 2:43 p.m. (NBC Sports). Head coach Charlie Weis, in his post-practice comments, said that the tempo of the Irish workouts in practice this week was the best since he took over the program before the 2005 season.
