UND.com and WatchND will once again serve as the official online signing day home for University of Notre Dame football in 2016. The program, presented by St. Joseph Health System, will feature real-time official announcements of official letters of intent and a live signing day show.
Fighting Irish head coach Brian Kelly will then hold his signing day press conference at 1 p.m. EST in the Isban Auditorium of the Guglielmino Athletics Complex, which will also be carried live for free on UND.com and WatchND.
The “Fighting Irish Board” will go live on UND.com at 7 a.m. EST with all-day coverage of up-to-the minute announcements of official letters of intent. Notre Dame’s live signing day show goes on the air at 7 a.m. at WatchND with former Irish captain Joe Schmidt.
Schmidt and Notre Dame Vice President/Director of Athletics Jack Swarbrick will co-host the Jack Swarbrick Radio Show as part of the broadcast. In addition, the show will include interviews with Kelly, all nine Irish assistant coaches, early enrollees and signee highlights. Schmidt will also chat with numerous former Notre Dame football stars.
UND.com will also have a signing day roster, biographies and highlight videos of each signee as they become official.
