NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Notre Dame Swimming and Diving program will host a two-day stroke specific clinic at its home pool, the Rolfs Aquatic Center on December 10 and 11. The clinic is open to kids ages 10 and over and will be under the direction of Irish Head Coach Mike Litzinger who has coached four US National Team Butterfliers. Coach Litzinger and his staff will focus on butterfly technique through the implementation of drills, equipment, and video. Youngsters will explore better underwater kicking, proper breathing, and timing to raise the level of your butterfly swimming. Please read below for camp price and information.
WHEN: December 10-11, 2016
REQUIREMENTS: Open to coaches and kids ages 10 and over. Must be able to swim 100 Butterfly without stopping
ITEMS TO BRING: Swim suit, towels, cap, goggles, kick board, pull buoy, fins, swim snorkel
PRICING: $200 for athletes & $150 for coaches. (Includes t-shirt and cap) *Lodging is not included in price. Below is a list of hotels nearby. We have blocked some rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suites across the street from campus. Lunch will be provided on Saturday.
