All dues-paying football Monogram winners and senior football managers are invited to the weekend of festivities, where Notre Dame alumni and fans will get a sneak peek at the 2013 Irish football squad.

Formal invitations and an opportunity to RSVP will be mailed in early March, but if you’d like to mark your calendars, here is a tentative schedule for the weekend (times are subject to change).

Friday, April 19, 2013

5:00pm – 6:30pm – Spring Kick-off Dinner with the Current Team (Purcell Pavilion). Please join Coach Brian Kelly and the Irish Football team for an evening to celebrate the incredible 2012 season and look forward to an exciting fall.

Post-dinner – Reception in the Schivarelli Football Players’ Lounge (Notre Dame Stadium). This event will offer you a chance to socialize with fellow teammates. It will feature complimentary beer and wine.

Attention young alumni – an event for Monogram winners in the Classes of 2003-12 is being planned for Friday evening. More details to follow!

11:00am – 1:30pm – Pre-Game Luncheon (Monogram Room). This event is free for dues-paying Monogram winners and up to five guests and will feature complimentary food and a cash bar.

1:30pm – 3:30pm – Blue-Gold Game (Notre Dame Stadium).

3:45pm – 4:30pm – Annual Football Alumni Flag Game (Notre Dame Stadium). Please note: this year’s flag game will take place immediately following the conclusion of the Blue-Gold game.

6:00pm – 10:00pm – An Evening with the Monogram Club. The Monogram Club is excited to debut a brand-new format for its Annual Mass, Meeting and Dinner:

• 6:00pm – 6:45pm – Monogram Club Annual Mass & Meeting (Monogram Room)

• 6:45pm – 8:00pm – Monogram Club Annual Cocktail/Dinner Reception (Sports Heritage Hall – Joyce Center). This reception-style event will feature numerous main-course options as well as passed hors d’oeuvres and complimentary beer and wine. Attendees and their guests will have the opportunity to mingle with fellow Monogram members and special athletics department guests.

• 8:00pm – 8:30pm – Special Presentations. Join the Monogram Club in celebrating a tremendous year. Highlights of this seated portion of the evening include the presentation of the Moose Krause Distinguished Service Award to Monogram Club Past President, Marty Allen ’58, as well as the Club’s presidential transition from Dick Nussbaum ’74 & ’77 (baseball) to Haley Scott DeMaria ’95 (swimming).

• 8:30pm – 10:00pm – Post-Dinner Cocktail Reception. For those still interested in reminiscing with fellow Monogram winners, complimentary food and beverages will remain available in Sports Heritage Hall until 10:00pm.
