LUDWIGSBURG, Germany — Notre Dame women’s basketball junior Ericka Haney has helped the BIG EAST Women’s Basketball All-Stars remain unbeaten with a 5-0 record in their six-game tour of Germany. The Toledo, Ohio, native leads the team with an 12.0 scoring average in the five games, including a pair of 13-point performance in the last two games. The starter on Notre Dame’s 2001 NCAA national championship team also has averaged 4.6 rebounds in the five wins.
The All-Stars continued the tour with a 79-41 win over the German under-18 national team on Saturday June 16, in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The All-Stars remained unbeaten with an 88-42 victory over Ludwigsburg BBC on Sunday, June 17. The BIG EAST All-Stars were scheduled to play their final game of the tour on Monday against Ludwigsburg BBC.
