ARLINGTON, Texas – Former University of Notre Dame wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown was selected by the Green Bay Packers with the 207th overall and 33rd pick in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon at AT&T Stadium.

St. Brown, the 32nd Irish player selected in the NFL Draft since 2012, becomes the 27th Notre Dame player ever drafted by the Packers and first since Brennan Curtin in the sixth round of the 2003 draft.

St. Brown started 25 times in his 32-game, three-year playing career. He caught 92 passes for 1,484 yards and 13 TDs. St. Brown averaged 16.1 yards per reception over his career. As a junior in 2017, he grabbed 33 passes for 515 yards and four TDs.

St. Brown’s best statistical season came as a sophomore in 2016 when he was named Notre Dame’s Offensive Player of the Year. St. Brown led the Irish with 58 receptions for 961 yards and nine touchdowns. He ranked fifth in the nation in receiving yards among sophomores and freshmen, while he ranked among the country’s top 40 receivers in both receiving touchdowns and receiving yards.
