Juli Schreiber Staff

Juli Schreiber begins her 25th year as a member of the Notre Dame community. She currently serves as assistant athletics director for strategic engagement. Schreiber joined the athletics department staff in 1999 as a claims manager in the business office and was instrumental in creating guidelines and procedures for the newly created position.

Beginning in 2001, Schreiber became the primary contact and liaison for Notre Dame’s director of athletics among a large group of intercollegiate athletics colleagues and constituents. She was also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the athletic director’s office, including budget oversight, year-end sport results, and departmental hospitality initiatives.

In August of 2012, Schreiber became part of the University Leadership rotation program. During this time, she provided a strategic plan for donor groups within University Relations Department, implemented a process improvement plan for the study abroad application process within Notre Dame International and was a member of a project management team within the Office of Information Technologies which oversaw a campus-wide priority.

Returning to the Department of Athletics in 2015, Schreiber is responsible for a variety of departmental initiatives including management of corporate hospitality and strategic improvements for Notre Dame fan and staff experiences. Since 2016, she has been the sport administrator for the men and women’s swimming and diving teams and led a successful head coaching search in 2022 in the hiring of Coach Chris Lindauer.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing and management from Indiana University and received her master’s degree in applied psychology from Notre Dame.

A native of South Bend, Ind., she is married to Mike Schreiber and the couple has twin daughters, Paige and Macy.
