SOUTH BEND, IND. – On May 10, 2022 the USA Lacrosse Magazine announced the women’s Division I All-Americans.
Kasey Choma and Madison Ahern earned All-American honors. Choma was named to the second team and Ahern earned honorable mention honors.
Choma enters the NCAA Tournament leading the Irish with 57 goals, 28 draw controls and 13 caused turnovers. She was also named to the All-ACC First Team, and Inside Lacrosse/IL Women Midseason All-American on March 31,2022.
Ahern enters the NCAA Tournament second on the Irish squad so far 56 goals. She was also named a Midseason All-American by Inside Lacrosse/IL Women on March 31, and was named to the All-ACC Second Team.
The Irish begin NCAA Tournament play on May 13 at 8:00 pm eastern where they take on Michigan in the first round.
