WINTER PROSPECT CAMPS

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Head coach Mik Aoki and the coaching staff of the University of Notre Dame baseball program would like to welcome high school players to campus for two upcoming winter prospect camps, Dec. 13, 2014 and Jan. 10, 2015.

The two one-day camps are excellent opportunities for high school aged players to be instructed by all members of the coaching staff on different aspects of the game including hitting, defense, pitching and base running. The camps will offer personal and group instruction with special attention given to proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each individual. The fall camp will also include a live game.

Times for the two winter prospect camps will be announced at a later date, but interested participants are encouraged to register as early as possible since only a limited number of spots are available for each class year. All prospective campers must submit a completed application form. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis until all positions are filled. Acceptance of a camper will be verified upon receipt of the application with full payment. Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation and all communication will be sent via email.

The cost of each of the winter camps is $125 per participant. Upon arrival, all campers will receive a Notre Dame baseball t-shirt.

Both camps will allow participants a chance to check out Notre Dame’s Loftus Athletic Center, the Joyce Athletic Center and Frank Eck Stadium, which boasts an indoor hitting facility that features six batting cages, state of the art pitching machines and HitTrax Technology, the first such system introduced to a college program.

To register for either camp, individuals must complete an application form with full payment to:

University of Notre Dame
Baseball Office
202 Joyce Center
Notre Dame, IN 46556

Each camper should bring their own baseball equipment – bat, glove, batting gloves, spikes and turf shoes. Catchers should also bring their own gear.

All questions about both camps can be sent to volunteer assistant coach and camp coordinator Adam Pavkovich by calling (574) 631-6577 or emailing him at apavkovi@nd.edu.
