• 2023 Cross Country All-ACC

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

• Posted a PR in the 5 mile (23:54.3) at the Joe Piane Invitational
• Clocked a 23:37.8 in the 8k, recording a PR at the ACC Cross Country Championships
• Finished 12th in the 10k (30:00.5) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional
• Recorded a PR in the 10k (29:58.7) at the NCAA Cross Country Championships

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)

• Finished 29th overall at Outdoor NCAA Regionals with a time of 30:09.66
• Finished ninth in the 5000m at Outdoor ACCs with a time of 14:06.83
• Brought home the silver medal in the 5000m at Indoor ACCs with a PR of 13:52.09
• Made his Irish debut with a second place finish and PR in the 3000m at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (7:58.67)

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Is the Olympia High school record holder for 800m, 1600m, mile, 3200m, and took the highest place at the state cross country meet.
• Holds the record for fastest 3200 run by an 11th grader in Washington state history (8:49.57)
•  Earned the 2022 Track State championship titles in 1600m and 3200m
• 2022 New Balance indoor 5k National Champion and the 2021 NXR Northwest Individual Champion
• Tallied PR’s in cross country (14:31.02) and the 3200m (8:49.00), the 1600m (4:06.28), and 800m (1:52.37)
• Was named the Olympia High School Athlete of the Year for the 2021-2022 academic year
