NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Notre Dame women’s lacrosse team is hosting a one-day fall skills clinic next Sunday, Oct. 7, head coach Christine Halfpenny announced recently.

The clinic, which is scheduled from 12-3 p.m. at Arlotta Lacrosse Stadium on the Notre Dame campus, costs $60 and is open to all 7th-12th graders. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Individuals should bring stick, goggles, mouth guard and shoes and cleats for the field-turf and grass surface. Goalies should also bring all of their own equipment.

Included in the clinic will be instruction on the most updated stick work technique, active skill intensive stations and offensive, defensive and special situation strategy. It will also include stick work, offensive dodging and shooting, defensive positioning, checking and skill, work with the day culminating in small game-like situational play.
