SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Notre Dame women’s lacrosse team is set to embark on a nine-day foreign tour to Greece June 1-9, including stops in Athens and Santorini, to immerse themselves in a new culture and educational experiences.
The Irish will take part in an international friendly with Loughborough University (England) while abroad, as well as a give-back clinic with local youth during their time in Athens.
Other experiences planned include a cooking class, tour of Caldera and volcanic remains, historic Akrotiri and prehistoric Pompeii of Aegean.
