NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Notre Dame women’s swimming and diving team recently announced its award winners for the 2009-10 season. Second-year head coach Brian Barnes led the Irish to a 14th consecutive BIG EAST Conference title, as Notre Dame sent a pair of swimmers to the NCAA Championships. Both student-athletes, Amywren Miller and Samantha Maxwell, brought home an All-American honor after swimming alongside the nation’s best.
