For the second time in school history, and the first since 2001, No. 9/7 Notre Dame will take the hardwood in the NCAA national championship game, as the Fighting Irish battle No. 7/8 Texas A&M tonight at 8:30 p.m. (ET) live on ESPNHD from Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. It marks the first time since 1992, and just the third time in NCAA tournament history that a team will play for the title in its home state, with thousands of Notre Dame fans expected to be on hand tonight to cheer on the Fighting Irish.
