Notre Dame, Ind. – The honors have continued this week for Notre Dame point guard Chris Thomas. Named the BIG EAST Conference Player of the Week on Monday (Feb. 16), the junior from Indianapolis, Ind., who has averaged 26.3 points and 3.8 assists in the Irish last four outings (three of them victories), also was selected as ESPN.com’s Player of Week and was tabbed by Dick Vitale as his Co-Player of the Week.

Vitale also chose Notre Dame as his Team of the Week in recognition of its three consecutive BIG EAST wins against No. 5 Connecticut, Seton Hall and No. 24 Syracuse.
