NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Irish fans, want to show your support for Ben Hansbrough? The senior guard is among four basketball players with clutch performances last week up for this week’s Capital One Cup Impact Performance of the Week honor.

Hansbrough earned the nomination after his performance against Villanova on ESPN’s Big Monday that saw him post a double-double with 30 points and 10 assists on Senior Night in the regular-season home finale win over the Wildcats (93-72). He also set a personal best in three pointers and steals in that contest, connecting on seven-of-10 from beyond the arc and picking the Wildcats’ for five steals.

The Poplar Bluff, Mo., native is competing against Jon Diebler’s (Ohio State) 30-point performance against Penn State, Jordan Taylor’s (Wisconsin) 39-point game against Indiana and C.J. Wilcox’s (Washington) 24-point showing against UCLA.
