Senior opposite Kristy Kreher (Birmingham, Mich.) was named the BIG EAST Player of the Week on Monday, Oct. 1, for her outstanding performance while leading the Notre Dame volleyball team through two conference victories over the weekend.

The Notre Dame team, which moved up to 22nd in the latest USA Today/AVCA Top 25 poll released on Monday, Oct. 1, will travel to Toledo, Ohio, on Tuesday, Oct. 2, for a non-conference matchup with the University of Toledo.
