NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Pending rain in the South Bend area has forced Tuesday’s non-conference softball game between Notre Dame and Northern Illinois to be cancelled.

Notre Dame will be back in action at 6 p.m. (ET) Wednesday against Eastern Michigan to close the home season at Melissa Cook Stadium.
