Copy and paste these values into Slack to share these custom themes with others. Paste your theme into any channel or direct message and members can click the Switch button from their desktop to start using it.

Slack Emoji

  1. From your desktop, open the emoji picker by clicking on the smiley face icon in the message field.
  2. Click Add Emoji, then Upload Image to select a file.
  3. Select Upload Image.
  4. Enter a name for your emoji, then click Save.

    See custom emoji on your workspace by clicking the Slack icon at the top of the emoji picker.

Zoom Backgrounds

  1. Click to open the photo you want to use and save it.
  2. In Zoom, click the upward arrow, next to the Stop Video icon.
  3. Select Choose Virtual Background.
  4. Click the + in the top right corner and select the photo.
  5. Check the Mirror my video box. The image will look backwards to you but will appear normal to the person viewing your video feed.
