NOTRE DAME, Ind. – A limited number of tickets are now on public sale for the Oct. 31 Notre Dame-Washington State football game at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

Tickets are $68 each and may be purchased in person at the Gate 1 ticket window located on the second floor of the Joyce Center, by calling 574-631-7356 or visiting www.und.com/tickets Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Services charges will apply.

Alumni and friends that applied for tickets to the Washington State game through the Notre Dame ticket lottery will have their requests accommodated. The lottery is still in process and results will be available July 8.

For alumni and fans planning to travel to San Antonio for the game, here is a tentative lineup of University events:

All Day — Anthony Travel/Notre Dame Alumni Association information desk at Marriott River Center lobby
All Day — Follett Notre Dame Bookstore open on 2nd floor of Marriott River Center
5:00 – 6:45 p.m. — Alamo to remain open for free, self-guided tours
7:00 – 7:45 p.m. — Notre Dame pep rally at the Alamo (free and open to the public), featuring Band of the Fighting Irish, leprechaun, cheerleaders and special guests
8:00 p.m. — Notre Dame alumni headquarters at site TBD

Saturday, October 31, 2009
10:30 a.m. – Band of the Fighting Irish practice at Alamo Stadium (free and open to the public)
8:30 – 11:30 a.m. — Notre Dame Alumni Association community service project at location TBD
10:00 – 11:00 a.m. — Notre Dame Saturday Scholar Series at Marriott River Center (2nd floor ballroom) featuring Rev. Virgil Elizondo, Rev. Dan Groody, C.S.C., Prof. Tim Matovina (free and open to the public)
2:00 p.m. — Mass at San Fernando Cathedral (free and open to the public)
3:15 – 3:45 p.m. – Band of the Fighting Irish pre-game concert at San Fernando Cathedral Plaza (free and open to the public)
3:45 – 4:15 p.m. – Band of the Fighting Irish marches toward the Alamodome
1:00 – 5:30 p.m. — Notre Dame Alumni Association tailgater at Sunset Station
6:30 p.m. — Kickoff at Alamodome – Notre Dame vs. Washington State
