Q: I have tickets and am in need of wheelchair seating how do I go about doing that?
A: You may exchange your tickets for accessible seating and this can be handled a couple different ways:

(1) Send tickets along with a detailed letter explaining your needs, via a trackable method to our office. We will exchange those tickets for accessible seating and you can pick up them up at will call.
(2) Bring your tickets to the  Purcell Pavilion box office for exchange during normal office hours.
(3) On game day bring your tickets to  the Murnane Family Ticket Office ticket window inside the Joyce Center (South Entrance).

Q: I am bringing my grandmother who isn’t in a wheelchair but cannot climb the 58 rows to get to our seats what can we do?
