INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Organizers are reducing ticket prices by 20 percent for The Hartford Hall of Fame Showcase, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 6, at Lucas Oil Stadium. The one-day doubleheader, which benefits the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, features No. 9 Gonzaga vs. Indiana at 1:30 p.m. (ET) followed by Ohio State vs. No. 8 Notre Dame at 4 p.m.

“Given the state of our economy, we felt it was proper to offer a special incentive to the great basketball fans in Central Indiana to attend the very first basketball event in Lucas Oil Stadium, The Hartford Hall of Fame Showcase,” said event organizer Brooks Downing of BEST Collegiate. “Sporting events across the nation at all levels are re-evaluating their respective ticket price points due to decreased spending by consumers. We have the best college basketball doubleheader in the sport this year, and we want to make every effort to ensure that fans are present and cheering on their respective teams.”
